REFUND POLICY

For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the terms “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to DigitalBiodata.com, while the terms “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to any individual accessing or using DigitalBiodata.com.

OUR COMMITMENT

We are committed to providing high-quality services and products at reasonable prices. As our offerings consist of intangible and irrevocable digital products (such as biodata in PDF format) delivered via internet download, purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we acknowledge that exceptional circumstances may arise, such as issues with downloading the digital biodata file, and such cases will be reviewed on an individual basis.

DOWNLOAD ISSUES

Occasionally, users may encounter issues while downloading their biodata. Any claims related to such download issues must be submitted within 24 hours of completing the payment. If you do not contact us within this timeframe, you acknowledge and agree that we may consider the download to have been successful, and you will have no further right to request a refund or seek redress for download-related issues.

DOWNLOAD OPTIONS

We provide two options for obtaining the soft copy of premium biodata templates created on this website. The first option allows you to download the biodata directly to your device. The second option enables you to receive the soft copy via email at the address you provide.

If you encounter any issues downloading a premium biodata template after purchase, please use the second option: enter a valid email address in the download prompt and click ‘SEND’. Within a few minutes, the PDF copy of your biodata will be delivered to the email address you provided.

ISSUE RESOLUTION

If you encounter any issues with receiving or downloading premium biodata templates, please email us at admin@digitalbiodata.com with the following details:

  1. Payment ID

  2. A screenshot showing the issue encountered during download or receipt of the biodata

Our support team will review your case and work to resolve the issue. If we are unable to rectify the problem within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund (100%) will be issued.

REFUND PROCESS

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. For instance, if you paid via credit or debit card, the refund will be credited back to that card. Once initiated, it may take 1–3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
