  • Biodata Form Data: Details you enter in the biodata builder (age, education, family background, preferences, etc.).
  • Photos: Profile photos you optionally upload are stored securely in our cloud storage.
  • Payment Information: We do not store credit/debit card details. Payments are processed by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant.
  • Usage Data: Basic analytics such as page views, to improve our service. No personally identifiable information is tracked.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate and deliver your biodata PDF.
  • To send your PDF to the email address you provide.
  • To process payments securely via Razorpay.
  • To provide customer support if you contact us.
  • To improve our templates and service based on usage patterns.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services to operate our platform:

  • Supabase: Our database and file storage provider. Your biodata data and uploaded photos are stored on Supabase servers.
  • Razorpay: Payment processing. Razorpay handles all card, UPI, and net banking transactions securely.
  • Resend: Email delivery. We use Resend to email you your completed biodata PDF.
  • Vercel: Our web hosting provider.

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and security standards. We encourage you to review them.

4. Data Retention

Your biodata data is retained on our servers for 30 days after creation to allow you to access your shareable link. After this period, data may be deleted. Paid biodatas are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. No Login Required

Digital Biodata does not require you to create an account. We collect minimal information — only what is needed to deliver your biodata. We do not track you across other websites.

6. Cookies

We use minimal cookies required for the website to function (e.g., session management). We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

7. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, please contact us immediately.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Withdraw consent for data processing (this may affect your ability to use the service).
