Digital Biodata is an online platform that allows users to create, customize, and download marriage biodata documents. The Service includes free and paid template options, PDF generation, email delivery, and shareable biodata links.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using Digital Biodata, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your biodata.
- Not upload any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.
- Not use our platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purpose.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our Service.
- Take responsibility for the biodata content you create and share.
4. Intellectual Property
The templates, designs, software, and content on Digital Biodata are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the personal data and content you enter into the biodata form. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our templates to create your personal biodata document.
You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our templates or the generated PDF documents beyond personal use.
5. Payments and Pricing
Certain templates and features require payment. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Digital Delivery
Upon successful payment, your biodata PDF will be generated and made available for download, and also sent to your provided email address. Digital products are delivered electronically; no physical product will be shipped.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Biodata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third-party services.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
