Our Refund Policy
Digital Biodata offers digital products (PDF biodata files). Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the PDF has been successfully generated and made available for download.
We encourage all users to use the live preview feature in our builder before making a payment. You can preview any template for free before paying.
Eligible Refund Scenarios
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- Technical Failure: The PDF was not generated due to a server error on our end, and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours of your complaint.
- Email Not Received: Your biodata email was not delivered and the download link is not accessible, despite a confirmed payment.
- Duplicate Payment: Your account was charged more than once for the same order.
- Payment Not Confirmed: Amount was deducted from your account but no order was confirmed on our system.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us within 7 days of your purchase:
- Email us at support@digitalbiodata.com
- Subject: Refund Request – [Your Order ID]
- Include your name, registered email address, and the reason for the refund request.
- Attach a screenshot of the payment confirmation if available.
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and respond with a decision. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Free Templates
Free templates (with watermark) are available at no cost. No payment means no refund applies.
Razorpay Payment Gateway
All payments are processed through Razorpay. If a refund is approved, the amount is reversed to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card) as per Razorpay's standard processing times.
