How do I download my biodata after payment?+
After successful payment, your PDF is automatically sent to your registered email. You can also download it directly from the success screen. If you face any issue, email us with your order details.
I didn't receive the email. What should I do?+
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, email us at support@digitalbiodata.com with your name and the email address you used during payment. We'll resend it within a few hours.
Can I edit my biodata after downloading?+
Go back to the builder, update your form, and generate a new biodata. Free templates can be re-created at no cost. Paid templates require another payment for a new PDF.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. We use HTTPS encryption, secure database access, and do not share your personal data with anyone. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I use the biodata for commercial purposes?+
Our biodatas are intended for personal matrimonial use only. Commercial use or resale of our templates is not permitted per our Terms of Service.
Do you offer bulk discounts for multiple biodatas?+
Currently we don't offer bulk packages, but we're working on it. Email us and we'll try to accommodate your needs.
