Didn't get your biodata email?

- 2Verify the email address you entered during payment
- 3Wait 5–10 minutes — email can sometimes be delayed

Payment Issue
Money deducted but order not confirmed?
- 1Wait 10 minutes — banks sometimes delay confirmation
- 2Check your bank statement for the deduction
- 3Note your UPI reference number or bank transaction ID
- 4Email us with your name, email, and transaction details

Refund Request
Need to request a refund?

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I download my biodata after payment?+
Your PDF is immediately available on the success screen after payment. It is also sent to the email address you provided. Click the download button on the success page or check your inbox.
I paid but the page showed an error. What happened?+
Sometimes the page may fail to load after payment even though the payment was successful. Check your email first — the PDF is usually already sent. If not, email us with your transaction ID and we'll fix it within a few hours.
Can I change my biodata details after downloading?+
Yes. Go back to the builder at /builder, fill in the updated details, and create a new biodata. Free templates are free to redo. Paid templates require another payment for a new PDF.
My photo didn't appear on the biodata. Why?+
Photos must be under 5MB and in JPG/PNG format. If your photo didn't appear, try uploading a smaller version. If the issue persists, email us with your biodata slug (the link you received).
How long is my biodata link valid?+
Your shareable biodata link is permanent. There is no expiry — you can share and access it anytime.
Can I share the PDF on WhatsApp directly?+
Yes. On the success page there is a 'Share on WhatsApp' button that sends your biodata link directly. You can also forward the PDF from your email.
